Manager of External Affairs

Present
Responsible for managing all social media accounts, PR contacts, and CRM platforms. Created entirely new branding materials prior to rolling out new virtual recital series.

Artistic Administration Intern

• Managed Wolf Trap Opera’s 6-city audition tour: corresponded with over 1,000 applicants, coordinated all travel and lodging arrangements, and oversaw daily audition schedules • Assisted with the processing and tracking of payments and expenses, submitting check requests, and reconciling monthly expenses worth over an estimated $200,000 • Researched the implementation of e-signature capabilities for Opera and Classical Programming usage • Managed the submission and execution of including the distribution of approximately $30,000 in funds for educational grants

Rehearsal Administrator

• Composed all daily rehearsal schedules for more than 40 Company members: including singers, directors, fellows, music staff, guest faculty, production crew, and administration • Helped facilitate groundbreaking safety and health protocols for all Company members working on-site during the COVID-19 pandemic • Pioneered the use of Wolf Trap Opera’s scheduling program, Procorio, as part of their 2019 OPERA America Innovation Grant

Box Office Assistant

• Processed ticket purchases and maintained accurate constituent information in Tessitura • Managed will call and window sales for performances and events; often during simultaneous performances held at multiple venues • Aided patrons with various matters including accessibility concerns, seat exchanges, complimentary ticket requests, and educational programming • Operated phones, ticket printers, ticket scanners, and other box office equipment • As front of house staff, responsible for addressing all patron concerns on show days, representing the Folger during on- and off-site events, and acting as the primary liaison between guests and Public Programs • Furloughed in April 2020 due to cancellations and concerns regarding COVID-19

Cafritz Young Artists Program Intern

• Assisted the program coordinator for the Cafritz Young Artists of Washington National Opera with various administrative tasks • Composed daily schedules in accordance with mainstage schedules and artist contracts • Generated programs and program notes with translations, operated surtitles for live performances, and coordinated logistics for Young Artist events • Aided with audition tour management which included corresponding with over 1,000 applicants, booking travel and hotel accommodations, compiling audition schedules, and monitoring live auditions • Participated in professional development seminars, meetings, and workshops as part of the Kennedy Center Internship program curriculum
