Praised for her “…striking stage presence and pinpoint high coloratura.” (South Florida Classical Review), BroadwayWorld award winning soprano & singing actor Sara Lucille Law has been seen in a variety of roles, opera and musical theatre alike, including Susanna (Le nozze di Figaro), Amalia Balash (She Loves Me), Monica (The Medium), Tytania (A Midsummer Night's Dream), Frasquita (Carmen), Johanna (Sweeney Todd, 2018 BroadwayWorld Best Actress Winner), April (Company, 2019 BroadwayWorld Best Actress Nominee), and La fée (Cendrillon). Equally at home on the concert stage, Sara has frequently soloed with the Charleston Symphony Orchestra, the Taylor Festival Choir, the Eureka Ensemble, and the Falmouth Chorale, performing as the soprano soloist on Bach's "Mass in B minor", Handel's "Messiah", Arnesen's "Magnificat", Vaughn Williams' "Serenade to Music", and Mozart's "Laudate Dominum". No stranger to the competition circuit, Ms. Law was the "Audience Favorite" award winner in the 2021 Carolyn Bailey & Dominick Argento Competition and the 2020 Piccola Opera Competition. Sara was also recently a finalist in Harold Haugh Light Opera Vocal Competition, and named a finalist in The American Prize. Sara has additionally performed with Utah Festival Opera & Musical Theatre, Peach State Opera, City Lyric Opera, The Janiec Opera Company, Commonwealth Lyric Theater, Christman Opera Company, Miami Music Festival, Mannes Opera, and Moon River Opera Company. She holds a Masters of Music from Mannes School of Music, and a Bachelors of Music from the New England Conservatory.
