Biography

Elizaveta Kozlova

Described as “versatile” and “dramatically convincing” (Voce di Meche), Russian-born soprano Elizaveta Kozlova is an active performer and music entrepreneur who has been presented nationally and internationally. Elizaveta has appeared as a soloist at the Moscow International House of Music as a member of Vladimir Spivakov’s Youth Foundation. She made her Lincoln Center debut as Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro with the New York Lyric Opera. Other operatic appearances include Pamina (Die Zauberflöte) with the Manhattan Opera Studio and Amore (L’incoronazione di Poppea) with the Berlin Opera Studio. Elizaveta is the 1st Prize Winner of the Crescendo International Competition and the Russian State Competition “Music, Talent, Discovery”. Elizaveta Kozlova has performed at several events of major humanitarian significance. Most notably, at the Center for Jewish History event “A Tribute to the Artists who Perished in the Holocaust”. She was also a part of the United Nations 75 Years Celebration Music Festival for Sustainable Development Goals in 2020. Elizaveta is the founder of The Chagall Project which received the 2020 Marin Alsop Entrepreneurship Award. Through unveiling an undiscovered aspect of Marc Chagall’s legacy, the Chagall Project offers interdisciplinary collaborative performance opportunities to emerging artists. Elizaveta is based in NYC where she received her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees at Mannes School of Music.
